Frequently Asked Questions for Ault Park

APAC is an independent non-profit organization run by a group of neighborhood volunteers to help preserve and improve Ault Park in part by encouraging the public to use the park as much as possible. APAC began in the 1980's when Ault Park was in serious disrepair and overrun with biker gangs and drugs. Over the years, the dedicated volunteers, with the help of memberships and private donations, have transformed the park into the beautiful jewel it is today. In addition to working with the City of Cincinnati to maintain park grounds and facilities, APAC puts on a handful of events each year to encourage people to use the park, including Cool Wine & Hot Jazz (wine tasting) in the late Spring, three free monthly Summer Dances in June, July, and August, and a Big Band Bigger Beer (beer tasting) event at the end of the Summer.

I want to have a wedding at Ault Park. Where do i get more information?
Ault Park is very popular for events. The Pavilion is a great place to meet. For more information about holding an event at the park contact the City of Cincinnati Parks Department . To reserve the Pavilion for private events contact the Park's facility provider Premier Parke Events at info@premierparkevents.com or call (513) 221-2610. APAC does not handle reservations for the park or the Pavilion.

What are the parks' hours?
6am until 10pm 7 days a week; unless otherwise posted.

Can i bring my own food and drink to the park?
Yes, except for alcoholic beverages.

Can i reserve the picnic tables near the children's playground, Heekin Overlook, or the new picnic shelter?
All picnic tables are open to the public on a first-come first-serve basis.

I think I lost something up at the park - is there a Lost & Found?
We do not have an official Lost & Found, but items are normally delivered to the Visitor Center at the Krohn Conservatory. The Visitors Center is located at 1501 Eden Park Drive in Eden Park and can be reached at (513) 421-5707.

Does APAC sponsor all events at the park? If not, which ones do they sponsor?
